About me

-My only goal here is to help other achieve their fitness goals. I am open to sharing my exercise tips, what food I eat, what supplements I take, and talk about overall healthy lifestyle and mental health! Over the past 4 months I have lost 60 pounds but my story doesn’t start there. Prior to that, I have struggled with depression and allowed myself to forget about myself and my health. The constant of I CANNOT be fit put me at 36BMI, and 240 pounds. Those days are over and I want to help others do the same. -I am writing my own book on eating right and eating well. The proceeds of this site are going to help me publish my book in the future which I am hoping to publish by 2020.
